Helping
people to live a better life through fitness & improved health is
my main motivation and you are now one step closer in making changes
in your lifestyle, I am here to do everything I can to help you achieve
your health & fitness goals.
Preparation:
- Dress
in comfortable activity clothing
- Always
bring a towel & your water bottle
- Being
in a Martial arts facility, no shoes, socks, drinks, food are permitted
on the mat.
- Always
bring running shoes & socks as outdoor activities may be pre-arranged.
After
your sessions:
- Make
sure you drink plenty of fluid (1 litre for 25kg of body mass).
- There
is only one shower available in which you are free to use at any time.
- Check
timetable for the next available session or book your own Private
Tuition session.
Evaluation
Form:
- I am
constantly aiming to improve my services & your ability in fitness,
your comments & suggestions are most welcome & respected.
Please ask for an Evaluation Form anytime.
Communication:
- A site
on Facebook is available for you outside training hours, however I
am available & open to discuss any topic concerning your fitness
& training abilities at a time that suits you.
Other:
- Tea
& Coffee is available.
- We have
a microwave & fridge to store your food & drink if necessary.

Our onsite
premises are shared with a fulltime Martial Art Dojo which leaves me
with limited times in the evening, however if my services do appeal
to you, I can make arrangements with them for PT in the evening in the
smaller training room area upstairs…..Bookings are essential keep
in mind I do offer Mobile PT sessions for your added convenience.

I offer
you your first 2 sessions absolutely FREE – This will include
a full body assessment.
All classes are based on 1 hour schedule, but run for 45mins.
I like to include 5 – 10 min relaxation at the end of each session
plus feedback on how you performed during the session.

CANCELLATION
POLICY |
There
is no cancellation policy for Group training classes as you show up
when you want. Keeping in mind consistency will help you reach your
goals & keep your general wellbeing in focus.
The cancellation
policy is applicable for Personal Training Sessions (PT) ONLY &
will apply as followed:
- If
I can’t make an appointment for any given reason &
can’t let you know at least 24hrs notice prior to the scheduled
commencement time, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FREE SESSION.
- If
you can’t make it to your appointment & not give
me at least 12hrs notice prior to the scheduled commencement time,
I will count it as a paid session on your prepaid card.
